The Curatorial Department at the Boca Raton Museum of Art provides images for educational presentations, professional research, print and electronic publications, and media projects. All requests for images MUST be made in writing. Permission for such use is granted at the sole discretion of the Boca Raton Museum of Art. Please contact us for information concerning permissions, or to request digital photography of works in our permanent collection.

Artists or designated assignors may retain copyright to works of art in Boca Raton Museum of Art collection, which are protected under U.S. copyright laws and applicable international treaties. In some cases, a signed document of permission may be required from the copyright owner before the Curatorial Department can process your request. Any and all royalty payments or other requirements specified by the copyright owner of a work of art in the Boca Raton Museum of Art collection must be adhered to by the reproduction rights applicant.
