Art School Covid-19 Status Update

Youth Summer Art Camp - Activities Canceled

Posted April 13, 2020

The Boca Raton Museum Art School considers the well-being, safety, and health of our community our top priority in every decision that we make. Given the continuing developing health concerns on a worldwide basis and government recommended closures still in place at many levels, we have decided to cancel all summer camp related activities this year. It is not a decision we have come to easily, but given the number of people in close quarters at our school and the nature of the hands-on activities, we do not believe it is prudent to encourage such an environment in this challenging time for all of us.

We know that our communities and our Art School will return to normal at some point in the near future. Although we are certain that this message is delivered with and will be received with some level of disappointment, we hope that you share our positivity that these challenges have strengthened our resolve to continue to forge strong relationships with you, our community, and to deliver the most inspiring visual arts curriculum in creative ways upon our reopening.

We hope that everyone stays safe and follows all local guidelines from health officials and please check our website often for updated future courses and Summer Camp information for next year! Our office is working remotely at this point, so for follow up questions, please email us at [email protected].
