Certified porcelain teacher with the World Organization of China Painters. Her porcelain has sold through “The Gemshopping Network.” Commissions include murals through tiny porcelain Limoges boxes.
RITA DAIRE B.F.A., Florida Atlantic University, with focus on ceramics. As an FAU student, she interned at the International Museum of Cartoon Art. Taught art and graphic design for students in grades 1 to 12 for 6 years. Specializes in China painting and making own ceramic forms that are wheel-thrown.
DONALD C. DIETZ B.A., University of Maryland. An expert gem cutter and jeweler for 40 years; vice president of the Florida Gold Coast Gem and Mineral Society. Published in Lapidary Journal and Art Jewelry magazines. Dietz has lectured extensively on jewelry and the lapidary arts.

In 2006, she worked with a team of counselors to produce a series of illustrative legacy quilts for Project Hope, which documented the impact of Hurricane Wilma on local communities. KRIS SMITH B.A., DePauw University. Internationally recognized portrait artist. Created over 3,500 painted and sculptured portraits of sports figures, politicians and citizens, including President Jimmy Carter, Amy Carter, Lauren Bacall, and Charlton Heston. Guest appearances on Oprah, MSNBC, Good Morning America and an article in People magazine for sculpted portrait “Marionettes.”
